Looking For Future Dance Instructors:
We are looking for individuals who like people, are client focused and capable of adapting to many different types of people. This person should be a team player and be open-minded. This individual must be goal oriented and desire to continue expanding their skills to continue to grow as a teacher. This person must believe in going above and beyond the call of duty and be enthusiastic and positive. If improving your dancing skills and sharing this know how with others sounds exciting to you, you may have the qualities it takes to be a professional dance instructor.
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Excellent dance skills
- Excellent teaching skills
- Ability to inspire students to begin dancing and continue dancing
- Able to goal orient students and meet the individual needs of each student
