Special membership Note PLEASE READ:
All new and renewing members will receive a plastic colored membership key tag ID that can be picked up at the Sunday Elks Lodge dances. Each year you will be issued a new key tag. Please bring this key tag with you to all sponsored CDC events and local merchants to receive discounts. Have questions? Call us at (919) 494-2300. A $5.00 service charged will be incurred for a replacement card.
